Our events are unique opportunity for you to promote your company's products & services in a series of pre-arranged 30 minute sales meetings with actual decision makers. The solution seekers attending are directors and senior level managers that are currently reviewing their current suppliers and looking for new solutions.

Prior to the Summit you will be sent information about each solution seeker allowing you to identify the ones that you are interested in meeting with during the Summit. We will arrange your personalized itinerary of sales meetings based off of your selections as well as the solution seekers' selections. This means you will be meeting with new potential clients that have already indicated an interest in meeting with you.

Unlike a traditional exhibition we limit competition to 2 other companies offering your solutions.

Over the 2 days you will be spending quality face to face time with new contacts during your meetings as well as all of the networking times which include an opening meet and greet reception, 2 networking breakfasts, 2 networking lunches and the Monday night dinner.

This is an all inclusive package where you will not be paying for electricity or to ship your trade show booth. We set your schedule and all meals and refreshments are included. You just come ready to network and meet new clients. Let's Mingo!
